Our story is the result of a family made of hard workers with a dream for success. Luis and Sons was established in 1984 by Luis Hernandez, my grandpa, after he retired his construction business in Tijuana, Mexico. The family business was moved to San Diego and all of us have played a role in the success of the company. All of my five uncles and mother have stepped foot and contributed to construction projects. I, the second eldest grandchild, even spent whole summers working in my grandpa's office and getting my hands dirty right next to my grandpa and uncles- a main contributor to my family's and my diligent work ethic.  The family construction business has not only improved clients' residences and commercial establishments, its built valuable relationships and a family legacy that we are all grateful for. The company is a family thing, and that's what makes Luis and Sons an integral part of San Diego's construction community. We thank our past clients and our future ones.
